These Terms govern your use of ploxily.com and interior design/renovation services by ploxily.com LLC (EDRPOU 46580841), 15/3 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01032, Ukraine. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms. Liability is limited. These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Advertising is identifiable per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'.
2. Services and Pricing
We provide interior design and renovation as described. Prices in UAH include taxes. Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection', we provide clear information before you order.
3. Consumer Rights and Disputes
You have rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection'. For complaints, contact contact@ploxily.com or +380 502 054 7978. Unresolved disputes may be filed with the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or settled pre-trial as per law.
